Everywoman organisers reserve the right to change any of the published details without notice
Refund Policy
Any amendments and/or refunds must be notified in writing to the conference organisers. Cancellations received in writing before the 1st June 2024 will receive a refund, less an administration fee of $20NZD. No refunds will be made however to cancellations received after 1st June 2024. However a substitute delegate is welcome. Please inform us in writing before 1st June 2024 if you plan to do this and enclose the registration form of the delegate who is replacing you, a $10NZD administration fee applies for any transfers. Your registration and payment are confirmation that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
Photography and video consent
During the gathering we will be taking photos and filming various aspects of the conference including group images. Please note that we may use these shots to advertise future events. C3 Church reserves the right to use this material for promotional purposes
